With these items our classroom library will come alive. It will become a more inviting place and will encourage students to read. Everyone has the potential to be an avid reader and life longer seeker of knowledge. First Grade should be the start of this love. With new seating out classroom library can flourish and the books which now seem out of reach will be at their fingertips. Being able to sit with a friend on a couch and experience the true nature of reading will encourage my students even those struggling to read more often. FUN, EXCITING and ATTAINABLE is what reading should be!!! These new seating options will all the kids that come to room 205 one step closer. Thank you!
