Our students are required to work on a computer program called, iReady. The school does not provide headphones, the ones the school has are very old and the majority of them do not work. If my students receive these headphones, they will be able to work independently at their desks on the reading and math lessons this program provides. Right now they are all listening to the program at the same time and they hear what's going on at other students' computers. With these headphones students can do what is required of them and what they should have provided for them already by the school. They will be able to get the full potential out of the iReady program because they will be able to properly hear the program and work independently. Students will be so excited to have something new. Students are asked to bring in earbuds or headphones but they usually break within a few days or weeks.
