As a teacher working in a Title 1 district, supplies and furniture are scarce for the classrooms and for student use. My students love using seating other than their desks to read or write, but unfortunately, I do not have many options for them. For example, my carpet in class for mini-lessons has become their "living rooms'", my one table has become their desk and so-on. I want to expand the seating in my classroom to fit the needs of my students. The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency in authentic, meaningful work. This will provide them with various options for a work space to fit their needs, in hopes of creating avid readers and life-long writers. I truly need your support to make this a reality for them! Thank you
