I am setting up a new classroom at a new school! Very exciting, but also very nerve-wracking. Please help me get some basics to set up computer resources for my new classroom, so I have some basics to start the beginning of the year! Chromebooks are great to do work at a desk and are durable enough to withstand little ones in a classroom. Webcams help us use a QR code to quickly log in and get to our educational programs. Headphones help us to hear our skills and focus on getting stronger in the skills we need to grow in. We will use technology to help boost our learning and practice our basic skills for reinforcement. I am in the process of setting up another project to buy an online standards-based program, and we need technological resources to be able to use that program to it's greatest potential. Along with teacher driven example, and peer collaboration, this program is proven to increase students' information retention.
