I hope to inspire a love and passion for reading in all of my students! My students need a comfortable and cozy area to explore interesting stories on their level. I also would love to add to my listening library to help my ESL students build their vocabulary in English. I am trying to acquire comfy chairs and shelf benches to create a cozy reading corner. I am also requesting a variety of stories for both my library and my listening center. It is my hope that these stories will help my students to love reading as much as I do! I am hoping that by building a reading corner in my room, students will want to read often. This will help them to practice the various reading skills and strategies being taught and will help them to be more successful in all areas of school!
