Each year we have a hand full of student athletes that are forced to learn and practice the sport of wrestling in their socks. At competitions we often have kids that will share shoes with teammates, and sometimes even be forced to compete in their socks. The goal of our program is to give all our kids an equal opportunity. It is very important that they are properly equipped with any necessary items they need. The sport of wrestling teaches these young students discipline, work ethic, and how to challenge themselves individually while competing with friends and teammates. Having these shoes available will make athletes understand that we will not let anything stand in the way of allowing them to be part of our program.
