We are a campus working towards a Blended Learning Environment. We are in desperate need of Chromebooks to be used as a center for researching topics discussed during our guided practice activities. We believe that for a child to understand and master a topic, they need tools to “virtually” visit the location, research its origin through interactive websites and videos and become producers of their own work instead of consumers. This opportunity will give many of these deserving students an equal opportunity to learn and explore on devices they may otherwise not have available to them. In addition, these devices will be used to support checking for understanding of a topic through the use of Google Forms.

About my class
