Everyday life for our teenagers can be hectic. School, sports, friends, and family can be hard to navigate. A lot of our students have trouble keeping up with it all. This rolling cart will help me be available for academic guidance every morning. I will have school supplies, folders for at-risk students, and most importantly my laptop with me each morning so that I can help students can check their grades, look up missing assignments, and be classroom-ready. Some students are in need of some more assistance to get through the year. The chairs will provide them a seat in my office where they can get that assistance. Here we will have small groups to learn how to push through any barriers and connect with other students in need. We will also do an academic tutoring group for students who are falling behind.
