I work at two different schools, so I have two classrooms to make comfortable and engaging. My students are all on individualized education plans with goals for academics and behavior. It is important to make sure everything is organized and efficient. Having students at varying levels means we often have different activities going on at once. My first graders may be on the floor working on rhyming, while my fifth graders are at the table trying to concentrate on comprehension activities. The bench would allow for organization and a seat for students at the whiteboard. The activities will be used to allow me to work with other students that need me, while keeping them engaged and working on their independence. The donations to this project will help special education students reach their goals by helping control what can be a chaotic environment. I thank you for your support and interest in my project!
