This self contained classroom of 40 students in special education is in dire need of technology. We were told this years budget for the class is $100. We do not have computers for the students to use and many do not own one at home. There is a cart of used laptops that has to be shared with another self contained class of 42 students. So, a total of 82 students with 20 computers to share at the same time. Please help level the playing field for these students by providing the best tools to help them learn as they are meant to. They are digital natives. Their entire lives are entangled with technology. The school uses Google Classroom, Google Drive, etc.. There is not much printed on paper anymore yet there are not enough funds to provide proper technology. These Chromebooks are desperately needed to help these students keep up with their peers, and for them to be successful at school and in life. Thank you for your consideration!!
