Communication during an emergency or tragic event is vital. The requested radios will help our campus be able to keep open lines of communication with all areas on campus. Our school consists of different buildings and a large grass area that is far from the front office. Having administrators, teachers and other playground staff members trained on the radios will help to communicate should an emergency arise. Making our students feel safe and cared for is a top priority. Making their safety our priority shows how much we care. The fanny packs will help to carry the radios, hold nurse passes to give to students and will also hold first aid items in case an accident happens or aid is needed. Both of these items will help our staff be better prepared in case of an emergency or disaster.
