Behind every great educator is a well-equipped classroom. The materials I have requested are used to create engaging activities that will foster our students' learning. Things such as laminated flash cards and word cards will go a long way in supporting their everyday literacy. These materials will help me highlight the positives and greatness my students can achieve by positively reinforcing their hard work. They will also provide my students with motivation and encouragement. The materials will also support my organization in the classroom that will foster efficient classroom management and instruction. I hope that all these components of classroom management and organization will support the growth of the classroom community I hope to instill in my students.
