With the supplies requested, my students will have the opportunity to practice skills that the pandemic has prevented them from acquiring before starting school. The social emotional activities will my students practice solving problems they will encounter throughout their life. Learning these skills now will help them succeed throughout their life; at home, at work, and in the community. Math, writing, and sanitary supplies will allow for each student to have their own supplies at their desk, and replacements for when masks get damaged. This will allow for less cross contamination between students and ultimately healthier students.
