The materials that I am requesting will help enhance our blocks play center. Many of our current manipulatives within the center are worn and falling apart, as they have been played with by hundreds of students over the years. The time has come to replace and add some new items. We would love to have a fresh update to our center with new and exciting pieces to add to our possibilities of play, creation, and imagination! Construction play is important because it promotes problem solving, fine motor development, and spatial skills. I am excited about the possibility of watching my students new creations in an updated blocks center!
