As a newer teacher, I have struggled to develop a library for my students filled with high-interest reading. As wonderful as my class is, they are also very reluctant readers. I hope to motivate them to love reading by providing them with a variety of choices. Also coming from a high poverty area, I hope to provide my students with​ some exposure to the world outside of our small town to let them truly see how big the world around them is. This library of books could provide so many learning opportunities for my amazing students to learn to love to read and learn about the world.
