After 15 years of teaching science I have just moved to a different school, I left most of my supplies with the new Science teacher, and unfortunately was left with very little for my new classroom! My students are wonderful and they're parents are as generous as they can be, but the area is comprised of many low income families and I just need some general materials and supplies to run my science classroom.
As for the materials, we will us the folders for organizing and maintaining daily student class work, We often go outside for labs and the clip boards would help tremendously for holding their lab reports. We use scissors quite often for interactive notebooks and the laminator would be fantastic for reuse of my lab station directions. The beaker and the graduated cylinders will be used for the metric unit we start the year with.
