While the staff in our counseling office is warm and friendly, the furniture has seen better days. We see students for so many reasons, help planning for college, dealing with stress or anxiety, working through relationship issues, etc. We need to create an environment in the counseling office that is just as inviting as the people in the office. The counseling office is the first stop for new students and families enrolling in our school as well. We would like to let all of our students know that the office is a safe place where students can go to get help and not feel as though they have stepped back in time.
