This project will allow my students to learn about important events that are happening around the world and be able to encourage them to read more. Most times it is hard to pull in resources that teach social studies in a busy classroom. They will be able to have a digital and print copy in the classroom that could be utilized in whole group or in a center. The STEM books will allow students to extend their curiosity and knowledge about science along with math. The kindness books will continue to foster the learning of social and emotional needs that the students need. We always start our day with a social and emotional lesson that will help them be successful.
