Having a classroom carpet provides much more than just a place to sit. When students are comfortable it brings a level of security where they are able to open their minds to new and creative ideas within. They feel "at home" and learn that it is a place to speak with confidence and to participate in "family-like" or "team" discussions. I feel it is vital to allow students to be comfortable with providing input into our lessons. Providing a prosperous learning environment will assist in advancing each student to their fullest potential. This carpet will give opportunities for my students to engage in great discussions, have a place to laugh, relax, and most importantly grow!
