Throughout the day, my school offers 12 weights/conditioning classes, as well as after-school conditioning for athletes. As teachers/coaches, we like to offer a variety of workouts both in the weight room and on the track. With weighted medicine balls, our teachers and coaches will have the opportunity to offer new exercises and modify existing exercises for all our students to be able to participate. Right now, with classes of 30 students, we share 6 medicine balls. New ones will add to our inventory and give students and teachers more options.

About my class
