We believe that a classroom should feel like a home away from home. Our classroom is already well-equipped with books and learning materials, but it is missing some of the touches that will make it an inviting space each day. The carpet will be the focal point of our community meetings, read-alouds, and in-depth discussions. The sheer curtains will be used in the high windows, to soften the lines of the classroom and create a more welcoming and beautiful environment. These items will be used and appreciated every day, by two group of kids and their families that visit the classroom.
