Technology has become a vital part of our everyday lives. We use it to entertain ourselves, to help communicate with others, and most importantly, to learn. Technology can give both teachers and students access to amazing opportunities for learning. Every day my students engage in small groups which include a center during our reading and math block. Our headphones that we currently have hurt the kids ears after wearing them for a short period of time, and they fall apart. The headphones we are asking for are made specifically for children and will allow for them to concentrate during our technology centers. Flexible seating will allow children to move around at their desks while still focusing on our tasks through out the day. Some children need to stand and move in order to stay attentive. Sometimes to improve learning, we need to increase comfort and flexibility. Overall, my goal is to provide a welcoming and safe place for my students that will best fit their individual learning styles which ensures success throughout each and every day!
