During the pandemic we have seen an increase in childhood obesity, childhood diabetes and mental health issues due to COVID. The children are not getting a proper amount of exercise due to too much screen time. Our school is made up of 75% free and reduced price lunch with many middle to lower class socio economic status. Scooters will provide an opportunity for students to exercise over the summer and stay healthy mentally and physically. Please help us supply scooters for preschool - 1st grade students to ensure happy, healthy lifestyles.
