I teach a group of first graders with 30 English Language Learners. Each student needs individualized help in order to maximize learning in my classroom. In order to help each student, working in small groups is the best! I am requesting a kidney table and a pocket chart in order to facilitate learning in our classroom! The kidney table will seat 5 to 6 children that will allow me the opportunity to work in small group and differentiate learning for my students. The pocket chart will help my students see words visually and assist with learning phonics and spelling skills.
