The materials that I am asking for will help my students by expanding their literacy knowledge. Many of these students do not have the experience of having someone read to them at home. Providing a variety of stories that are appropriate to their age level will give help them find the interest of reading stories. My students often pick up on the stories we have read and act them out in the dramatic area. I want to provide clothing from people around the community and from around the world for them to act out stories or even real-life situations. Students often present stories in-front of our neighbor classes.
