I want to give my students the opportunity to turn their artwork into wearable art that they can then showcase to peers and adults in all aspects of their life! I want my students to see that their artwork can have an impact out in the community, and by making buttons of their work I think they would enjoy learning this! Each student deserves the opportunity to have their artwork displayed in a manner that allows them to take it wherever they go. If they had this button maker and could physically turn their work into portable and protected artwork, it would be like a little mobile art show on their backpack or t shirt!
