Outdoor learning is a daily activity in my class. We use all our playground resources to build community, extend our learning of key concepts, and learn about the importance of physical activity as part of being a lifelong learner. I believe we also learn so much by caring for others. We believe, in our classroom, that helping others is the kind thing to do. I not only teach my students how to treat each other kindly but we also focus on caring for animals. We currently have gold fish but we would love to add a bearded dragon to our classroom family. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement by expanding our outdoor learning and play allowing them to learn through activity which also helps when they enter the classroom. We are a great classroom family and can't wait to expand our classroom pet family.
