These materials will allow our students to have the supplies they need to enhance their learning in Math. Students are constantly moving around the classroom exploring different and complex concepts together. After each investigation we write down key notes and ideas that came up in our explorations into our ISN (student interactive notebooks), such as formulas for 2D and 3D objects or steps to solving linear equations. With each entry there are foldables or graphs to glue in, key vocabulary define, and steps to list out. Students are encouraged to use color to enhance their notes. Color-coded material is a more effective study aid because it helps students process and review new information.
