With teaching a diverse group of high school age students I have had many express an interest in digital drawing, career goals in the digital animation world and just an overall curiosity as to how drawing digitally can be a new and exciting way for students to participate in artistic growth and exploration. Art Class is an opportunity for students to develop a personal artistic voice. Many of my students have profound interest in character design, story boarding, concept designs, and graphic arts. I know with the addition of digital drawing equipment I can successfully accommodate those students who desire to learn how to incorporate these passions into our daily art creations.
