My project is to change up the PE program at our school, by using safe equipment made for all ages, which is required when doing physical education. The equipment requested, can be used with progression and either increase weight or increase\decrease height in the plyo boxes. This will help students incorporate the use of explosive muscles and multiple combinations of muscles in the short amount of time given. Physical education at Doral can be challenging, we teach over 600 students a year. The new equipment will definitely be a great addition to our program. By helping with this equipment we can further our PE program.
