The painting materials would inspire them to decorate the class with Springs themes, colors, and topics. The rug would invite them to sit down on it and listen to a Spring-time stories. I have received a donation of readers and other books. The whole class gathers on the rug. They listen to me read and we have a discussions. The rug area is a sensory place for my students to take a break. My TAs are geniuses with helping our students. As a team, we gather artistic ideas and allow the students to paint, cut, and produce beautiful designs. The paints are soothing. Various colors can be blended for their delight. As soon as the paint drys on the art, the art becomes wall and ceiling decor. We have lots of ideas!
