This project is to help students become Medical Assistance professionals. Students will learn the required curriculum as well as hands-on training needed for a career in the medical field. The program will go above and beyond the books to focus on quality patient care and this equipment will provide students with the resource to practice necessary skills for exams through repetition. They will learn how to take vitals, perform patient screenings, obtain patient history and progress notes, as if in a real doctor's office. The hands-on training will allow them to apply their knowledge in a real-world medical environment and allow the students to see themselves in their future professions. With this table, medical stool, and stepping stools, students can build their own future and career and potentially help you and your family in the future.
