"Flexible spaces, educators agree, alter the fundamental dynamics of teaching and learning, giving students more control and responsibility, improving academic engagement, and undermining the typical face-forward orientation of the traditional learning environment." Students know how they learn best, and I deeply considered their suggestions as I designed this project. Help me to improve productivity and attentiveness in my classroom via flexible seating options. Children need to learn and grow as fully as they can. Standard desks situated in rows do not foster open communication and collaboration. Flexible seating is incredibly powerful by allowing students a voice and a choice within their classroom.
