My preschool students love to practice yoga! By giving them each their own space during our weekly yoga practice, my students will be able to further understand how to create and respect personal space. Many parents have told me that their children practice poses and breathing exercises at home! Yoga mats will provide my students with the visual understanding of where their body should be while in a structured movement group, which is a crucial skill for students with special needs.
