My children love to listen to stories and look at pictures that relate to the subjects that they are learning about. The books are read to a large group of children, then placed in the interest center that relates to the subject matter in the book. The interest centers include science, math, blocks, art and literacy. We also have a library that is a cozy spot for looking at books. Some of the books in our classroom are such favorites that the children ask me to read them over and over again. Your donation will help buy books to enhance the children's learning experiences in several areas of our classroom.
