I am asking for help in purchasing a class set of LCD writing tablets to use in place of small whiteboards. We use individual whiteboards or scratch paper at least 3 times a day across all subject areas. Being able to use an LCD tablet instead, not only will my students be more engaged and eager to learn, but they will be be able to save time on gathering materials. Instead of wasting time searching for whiteboard markers and erasers, or arguing over the “nicer” whiteboards, my students will be able to use that time to learn and actively participate in a variety of lessons. Whiteboard markers are an on going issue and always seems to be missing and are expensive to replace. The tablets will take away the need to buy dry erase markers and will also save on using scratch paper. There is a also a lock feature so the kids don’t have to worry about their work getting erased if they need to share it with a classmate. These LCD tablets will be such a great way to incorporate 21st century learning into my classroom in a fun and engaging way.
