These tools will give my students a "new to them" way of expressing themselves through wearable art. Leather craft has been around for a long time but is rarely used in a urban environment. Students who are interested in creating art works using this exiting new material do not have the ability to purchase all that is needed. With the new materials will come new techniques in a way that broadens the learning/creating experience. Learning leather craft is a great way to create which will help bridge art and art careers in the mind of students. They will design and construct a variety of projects from jewelry to shoes.
