Each year for the Art Club and Mural Club, a T-shirt design contest is held for students participating in the club. Club advisors would like to integrate a new experience for students to see the entire T-shirt design process that would be similar to real world experiences. This project would also extend and help the entire school allowing teachers and students to create a personally designed t-shirt for the many activities we complete at our school, including the service projects all students participate in during the school year to represent themselves when performing their acts of service. With this project, we’ll also be able to help students experience real work techniques of creating t-shirts and elevate their ideas of what they could do more to incorporate design ideas in other aspects of their learning.
