I am within my first year teaching and want my students to have engaging guided reading instruction. These books are high interest and will help my students stay engaged in the text which will increase their love for reading. My students love when I add new books to the library and I am excited to add the same excitement to our guided reading instruction. I have requested the iPad to help with our classroom library. I plan to use an app that will help students check in and out books. This will help me keep the classroom library organized and keep students favorite books on the shelf for everyone to read. It will also double as a station for students to create projects such as Flipgrids.
