Our school system has shut down due to COVID-19, and many of our students do not have books to read at home. Many of our students do not have access to the internet or have devices at home to support their access to online books. Our students have made tremendous growth in reading throughout the year because they have had access to books at school and their love of reading is something to be admired. I'm worried about our kids not having access to books during this time, not only to continue their reading growth and love of reading, but also as an escape from reality. I want them to find humor, inspiration, love, and kindness through books. Please help me get books into our students' hands. Thank you!
