This printer will help me to be able to provide individualized interventions, unique to each students' needs. We are a personalized learning school where we meet students where they are. Even though students may be in the same grade and classroom, they are not all at the same level academically. Their needs differ and my job is to provide them all with the tools they need to achieve growth in all subject areas at a pace and level they are comfortable with. To be able to achieve this goal I need to be able to have immediate access to a printer. In our school, there is one printer on each side of the school that is shared between 16 teachers plus administrators. Those two printers are often broken down for days at a time or without supplies.
