My students would benefit immensely from this new carpet. Having the alphabet squares will help my Pre-k 3 students find a personal space around the carpet to share about their day. The carpet will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as a gathering place during mini-lessons and share time. These carpets will be used daily in class. We also use the carpets for whole group instruction and they use it for their center work. Classroom carpets are where stories can be told and heard, and lessons can be taught and learned. This carpet will allow our students to be exposed to educational experiences everyday. This beautiful carpet are where new friendships can blossom and old friendships can be honed.
