This equipment will be used in a variety ways at my school. Due to the mobility of Spikeball, it can be played anywhere at any time with very little set up. If the weather is bad, which is the norm in Oklahoma, we can set the game up in the gym and still have a great time. But for those extra nice days we can move the classroom outdoors and enjoy a change of scenery. Spikeball evens the playing field for students of any skill level. This is a key factor as to why I chose this innovative game for my school. By introducing a game that is new to everyone, it allows all students to have a greater chance at success and the ability to find something they really love. Just a little confidence can change a child's perspective and their comfort level with physical education.
