My students are energetic, joyful, inspiring and hard working. They love to work together, take on challenges, and learn about the world. Most of my students are either recent immigrants themselves or from families of recent immigrants - all of them, however, are from culturally diverse backgrounds with rich traditions and customs. A lot of my students are also Muslim and speak a variety of languages ranging from Arabic and Oromo to Somali and Spanish, and more. Their diversity is a huge strength and makes our classroom an engaging and fantastic place to be. Our class motto is “we can learn anything!” - thanks for supporting our learning environment and helping to grow our future leaders.
