Through using this material, my students will be able to develop skills in foundational reading, vocabulary, higher order thinking skills and writing. Material can be shared with teachers to increase differentiation within the classroom. By having level appropriate books and materials for my students to read and practice their overall language skills, they will increase their language, reading and comprehension abilities, which is extremely crucial for further learning. This material will ensure that my students have the engaging, visual and tactile material they need to bridge the gap in vocabulary and language for them to access the general education curriculum.

About my class
