Your donation will help provide dormitory items to our students so that they can be more successful in their first years of college. It can become a burden for our students to live away from home, but studies have proven that students who live on campus are more likely to be immersed in the college culture and community and therefore perform better academically. Many of our students feel guilty leaving home for college and often find it difficult to pay for items required in college. Aside from paying tuition and other fees to their University, students have to figure out how to pay for extra-long twin bed sheets, laptops, transportable bags, and more. On our decision day we want to provide our students with gifts that will set them up for success in college. We hope to decrease the expenses on our students buy providing supplies such as sheets, laps, and shower caddies.
