Anyone who has watched the Wizard of Oz knows how much more vibrant and interesting the world is when everything is in color instead of black and white. Educational brain research has proven what we already all know in our hearts: we feel more strongly about things we see in color. We learn those things faster and we remember those things longer. I want the students in my Spanish class to connect to the Spanish Language and Culture in vivid color. I want to use a color printer to show students that the Spanish-speaking culture is as bright as our own.
