Every year I struggle to provide the necessary supplies for creative expression in my classroom. In order to ensure the most engaging, creative environment in my classroom, students need supplies like art materials, props for drama and index cards to prepare for important projects and speeches. My goal as an educator is to provide multiple mediums for students to show what they know, whether that be through a well-prepared and propped skit, an artistic representation of literature or an organized and strategic speech. Through these donations, I would also like to add interesting and popular books to my classroom library to continue to encourage reading which is a requirement for my class. Overall, these supplies provide the necessary supplies for endless amounts of creative expression in my classroom.
