My students come from extreme poverty. Most of my students have very little, not even the basic needs that help make them successful in school. They have little real life experiences and are in need of so much. Only a few have technology within their homes, and most don't even have books. They are the most wonderful, sweet children ever! They are gracious and thankful when I treat them to something or when they can check out a book from my own library. I am trying to build a better future for these wonderful kids. I am doing all I can in the classroom, and I would like to catch them up with technology.
