Students will be excited and engaged to actively participate and become immersed in the world of reading as they have new and exciting books to choose from during their center time. They will also have access to fun manipulatives and engaging learning materials as they work through their Daily Five centers to help improve their writing and reading skills. These resources will be a valuable tool in our classroom to help students grow. The standards that will be covered by these new materials will be first grade Nevada Academic Content Standards R.I.1.10 and R.L.1.10.

About my class
